The U18s are back in league action this weekend as they welcome Newport County to the Oxford United Training Ground (KO 11am)
The youngsters had a free week after the U’s FA Youth Cup game against Maidenhead United was postponed on Tuesday and are looking back to continue their strong run of form in all competitions after a win over Luton Town in the Youth League Cup semi-finals last time out.
Lead PDP coach Leon Blackmore-Such told us:
“We are looking forward to getting back into the swing of things in the league. It seems a while since we have last had a league game, but the boys have trained well and are focused ahead of Saturday. It will be a difficult game as we found out when we played them away earlier in the season but we have a good group here and will be looking to continue the good run.”

The youngsters will play at the Oxford United Training Ground on Saturday (OX4 2RR), with free entry for supporters.
