CAMERON BUCK - RETAIL MANAGER
Cameron Buck started his Oxford United story as a Season Ticket holder in the East Stand from the age of 12, and now, he leads the retail team and the Club Shop on a full-time basis.
Beginning to work with the Club in 2013 in the Quadrangle Bar, Cameron began on a small stall selling pins, keyrings, and much more on match days.
From there, he has shown immense passion and a terrific work ethic to grow into a full-time role, before working as a Retail Supervisor, Club Shop Manager, and now Retail Manager.
From witnessing the 2010 Conference Play-Off Final to the most recent League One Play-Off Final, Cameron has a deep passion and knowledge of Oxford United which he looks to bring into his work daily.
Cameron is part of a hardworking, passionate team of like-minded individuals within the shop.

TOM HAMMICK - RETAIL SUPERVISOR
Tom Hammick joined the team at the Club Shop in August 2017, beginning as a part-time Sales Assistant. After moving into a full-time position, Tom managed the former city centre store in the Covered Market.
Following a short time away from the Football Club, Tom rejoined the department this season and is now one of two Retail Supervisors and leads on merchandising and supporter services.
Tom is a lifelong Oxford United supporter, following in the footsteps of his great-uncle Bob, who was well known on the terraces of the Manor Ground. His biggest highlight was his first-ever away game with his father, a 2-0 win, against Hereford United in September 2010.

JOHN GODFREY - RETAIL SUPERVISOR
In May 2024, John Godfrey joined the retail department as the latest member. After graduating with a sports business degree from Liverpool John Moore’s, John joined the Club in between the 2024 League One semi-final games against Peterborough United.
With a trip to Wembley on the cards within his first week, John was straight to work to help tens of thousands of supporters get game-ready for the final against Bolton.
Another in the team who is a lifelong Oxford United supporter, his favourite memory was the Conference semi-final at home to Rushden & Diamonds back in May 2010, as the U’s advanced to head to the final.

GEMMA OLIVE - TICKET OFFICE MANAGER
A familiar face to most who have bought Oxford United tickets over the years. Gemma Olive began working with the Club back in 1998 and has experienced all the highs and lows during that time, now enjoying life in the Championship as Ticket Office Manager.
In the late 1990s, she arrived to work in the supporter’s bar and kitchen, serving Joey Beauchamp his favourite meal of cheese and beans on toast, a diet coke, and a Twix.
From 2013, she worked as a matchday receptionist, then in 2016 started working in the Ticket Office, taking on roles as Sales Executive, Supervisor, and more recently Ticket Office Manager.
Oxford United runs through her family tree, with Gemma the latest in a long line to work with the Club. Her Grandfather sold lottery tickets at The Manor, her Mum was a Manorette, and her eldest daughter was a matchday receptionist at The Kassam.
With more than a quarter of a century of experience, Gemma understands what it means to be a United supporter. And despite all the years here, her favourite moment has to be the bus parade in 2024 and the scenes at Carfax Tower.

CHARLOTTE NEWBOLD - TICKET OFFICE EXECUTIVE
Charlotte Newbold is another member of the ticket office with more than a decade of experience within the Club. Joining in 2014, she started part-time in the Club Shop as a Retail Assistant.
Increasing her hours and responsibilities in the time, Charlotte began to mix working in the Club Shop with spending time in the Ticketing team in 2021.
Now full-time in the department, Charlotte has worked through each promotion in the Football League, with three trips to Wembley along the way. She loves speaking with supporters and thoroughly enjoys watching games with friends, family, and colleagues.

FREDDIE PILBEAM - TICKET OFFICE EXECUTIVE
The latest member of the team is Freddie Pilbeam, who joined in November 2024. Despite his recent arrival, Freddie has settled quickly into the group, supported by his colleagues.
With a background in IT sales, Freddie jumped at the chance to work in the team as he looked to forge a career in football. So far, he has loved the environment with his new colleagues and getting to meet the supporters on a day-to-day basis. Freddie is extremely excited to continue working in the department and spending more time speaking with supporters over his time here.
