Season Ticket Holders, Old Gold Members, and United Oxford Home Members will be automatically enrolled into the scheme.

Your U’s Cash balance will expire on Monday 30 June 2025.

Yes. Junior Members are eligible to earn U's Cash. Each supporter has their own U's Cash balance.

Supporters need to ensure they are referencing their correct Fan Number related to their Membership in-store or logged into the correct Yellows Account online. 

Disabled Personal Assistants with a current Season Ticket are NOT enrolled into the scheme. However, the paid for ticket connected to the PA will receive U's Cash and the £5 start-up. 

First, visit the online store at OUFCShop.co.uk and log into your Yellows Account. If you need support setting up your Yellows Account, please follow the guide HERE...

Follow the instructions on-screen to log into your Yellows Account. Once logged in successfully, you will then be taken to your account page on the online store.  

Then, navigate to ‘Loyalty Cash’ where you will be presented with your current U’s Cash total.

The introduction of the U’s Cash scheme has replaced the retail discount for 2024/25 Season Ticket Holders, Old Gold Members, and United Oxford Home Members.

If you are a Season Ticket Holder or Old Gold Member, you can earn 10% U's Cash on retail purchases in-store and online. 

If you are a United Oxford Home Member, you can earn 5% U's Cash on retail purchases in-store and online.

Please present your Fan Number at checkout in-store or be logged into your Yellows Account online to take advantage of the U's Cash scheme.

Unfortunately we are unable to operate U's Cash on payments made by PayPal.

Yes, supporters will receive U's Cash on their actual spend. Supporters cannot earn U's Cash on the value of their redemption. 

For example, if a supporter redeems £20 U's Cash on a £50 item, they will only earn U's Cash on the £30 they spend.

U's Cash earned from your retail purchases takes up to 30 days from the date of your purchase to be added to your balance. As the club’s returns policy on merchandise is 28 days, this prevents the confusion of U's Cash being allocated and then items being returned.

U's Cash will not be allocated to any items that have been returned or refunded. The cash will show as pending and will be removed once the item has been refunded.

You can spend your U's Cash in the Club Shop or online at www.oufcshop.co.uk. To spend your U's Cash in-store, present your membership, season ticket card or Fan Number at the till. 

If you're unsure what your Fan Number is, please contact the Ticket Office at ticketoffice@oufc.co.uk who will be able to assist. 

If you’re shopping in-store, a member of the Retail Team will ask for your Fan Number at the checkout where they’ll let you know your current U’s Cash total and will ask whether you’d like to redeem this cash against your purchase. Your purchase in-store will be recorded onto our systems and will add the appropriate % value of your purchase onto your account in U’s Cash for future spending.  

If you’re shopping online and are logged into your Yellows Account, browse the site as normal, adding all the wonderful products we have to your online basket. Once you’re ready to checkout, proceed through the billing and delivery details until you get to the ‘Review’ section.  

If you have U’s Cash on your online account, you will see a ‘Loyalty Cash’ section at the bottom of the page displaying your available balance. Here, you can then select whether you’d like to apply some of or all this cash to deduct from your basket total. Once you enter the U’s Cash you’d like to apply, click the ‘Apply’ button, which will deduct this U’s cash from your basket total. Please then continue by clicking Pay Now, and enter your payment method.

You will be able to accrue U's Cash on all merchandise in-store and through the online store. The only exclusions to this are auction items and gift cards. 

Supporters will not receive U's Cash on orders placed using gifts cards, and U's Cash cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Please note that postage and packaging charges are excluded from the U's Cash calculations.

No, U's Cash can only be redeemed on merchandise in the Club Shop or online at oufcshop.co.uk.

Yes. U's Cash will expire on 30 June 2025 for the 2024/25 season.

From 1 August 2025, 2025/26 U's Cash will begin to be awarded for the new season, including any start-up loyalty and U's Cash earnt between 1 June to 31 July. 

Yes, we will send you email reminders as to when your balance will expire. Please keep your details updated, such as your email address to make sure that you will be able to receive any communications from the club regarding U's Cash.
