Ticket Forwarding & Upgrades
Ticket Forwarding & Upgrades functionality allows all Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to forward/upgrade their designated seat to other supporters with a Yellows Account in their network for any Sky Bet Championship home fixture that they are unable to attend.
This provides additional value to the Season Ticket Holder and the Club an opportunity to drive maximum attendance at all home games.

Operation
Like with the Ticket Exchange, only once General Admission ticket availability becomes limited for any respective game will the Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades functionality appear for supporters.
Ticket Forward can be used when an Adult is forwarding to another Adult, or when a supporter who pays a concession price is forwarding to another supporter who qualifies for concessions.

Please note that the recipient must have their own Yellows Account and be part of your Network.
You can cancel your request if the recipient hasn’t accepted their ticket. However, once the ticket has been accepted, it is not possible to reverse this.
Please note that gifted tickets must be accepted to be valid for use.

What is is Ticket Forwarding & Ticket Upgrade?
Ticket Forwarding – can be used when an Adult is forwarding to another Adult, or when a supporter who pays a concession price is forwarding to another supporter who qualifies for concessions.
For example, if an individual is an Adult and cannot attend a game but wishes to forward their Season Ticket for a respective game to another Adult, they can do so, providing that the recipient has a Yellows Account with us and is in the Season Ticket Holder's network. This way, they don’t have to hand the recipient any physical ticket, the recipient obtains the booking history from the game, and we know who is in the Stadium for Safety and Security purposes.
Ticket Upgrade – provides a legitimate way of upgrading a concession-priced ticket to an Adult price and should be used when a supporter who pays a concession price is forwarding to an Adult.
For example, if the supporter is an Under 13 and cannot attend a game but wishes to forward and upgrade their Season Ticket for a respective game to an Adult age individual, they can do so, providing that the recipient has a Yellows Account with us and is in the Season Ticket Holder's network. This way, again, they don’t have to hand them the physical ticket, the recipient obtains the booking history from the game, and we know who is in the Stadium for Safety and Security purposes.
As well as this, Ticket Forwarding & Ticket Upgrades avoids the need for supporters to phone or come to the Ticket Office for any upgrades or to request digital tickets to be issued to send to others.
Who can use the Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades functionality?
Ticket Forwarding & Ticket Upgrades are only available to 2024/25 Season Ticket Holders.
Will you still be facilitating Ticket Upgrades over the phone or in person at the Ticket Office?
Ticket Upgrades will be online only for 2024/25. Whilst we will not be facilitating Ticket Upgrades over the phone or in person at the Ticket Office in the same way we have done in recent years, we will be able to assist supporters with how to process upgrades online. It is the supporters’ responsibility to ensure they upgrade and forward to any intended recipient, as per our T&Cs.
When will I be able to use the Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades functionality?
Like with the Ticket Exchange, only once General Admission ticket availability becomes limited for any respective game will the Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades functionality appear for supporters.
What is the deadline for Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades?
The deadline is four hours before kick-off for each home league fixture. After this, the functionality will be turned off and there will be no Ticket Upgrades online.
How do I use the Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades functionality?

Can Disabled Season Ticket Holders use the Online Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades functionality?
Yes, however, if a Disabled Season Ticket Holder forwards or upgrades their ticket, they then need to either email us at ticketoffice@oufc.co.uk or call us at 01865 337533.
Please be advised that the Disabled Personal Assistant Season Ticket only comes into play should the Disabled Season Ticket Holder be attending the relevant fixture.
What games can I use the Online Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades functionality for?
The Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades functionality can only be used for EFL Sky Bet Championship home fixtures.
The option to forward/upgrade your seat will only be made available once General Admission ticket availability becomes limited.
The club will communicate any home league fixture where the Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrade is available.
What is the cost for any upgrade?
The cost varies depending on the area and concession upgrading from, but the cost is the difference between the relevant match ticket concessionary rate, and the relevant match ticket Adult rate.
For example, if an Over 65 wishes to upgrade to an Adult, then the cost would be the difference between the match ticket price of an Over 65 ticket and an Adult ticket.
The cost wouldn’t be the difference between the Over 65 pro-rata Season Ticket rate and an Adult rate.
Can I Forward / Upgrade to anyone?
Only supporters with a Yellows Account can receive any Forwarded / Upgraded ticket. Supporters can Forward / Upgrade to anyone within their ticketing network, or they can search for any intended recipient during the process.
Are there any additional fees for using the Online Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades functionality?
Like with the Ticket Exchange scheme, there are no additional admin fees for using this service.
Can I Forward / Upgrade on behalf of other Season Ticket Holders?
Yes, providing the relevant settings have been selected when setting up your ticketing Network. You can find a full guide on the ticketing Network HERE. Season Ticket Holders are advised to only give such permissions to individuals they know and trust.
I’ve Forwarded / Upgraded a ticket to someone who has accepted the ticket, but now I want the ticket back, what can I do?
Once any ticket has been Forwarded / Upgraded, and the recipient has accepted the ticket, the Club cannot do anything to rescind this ticket from the recipient.
Season Ticket Holders are advised to only Forward / Upgrade any tickets to Friends and Family members that they know and trust.
Please be advised that no refunds can be issued for any upgraded ticket.
Can the recipient decline any Forwarded or Upgraded ticket?
Yes, they can decline the ticket and then the ticket will be added back onto the Season Ticket Holders account to either use or Forward / Upgrade for another individual.
However, as per the above, if any ticket has been accepted, the Club cannot assist with then reverting this ticket back onto the Season Ticket Holders account irrespective of the circumstances.
When is the latest that the recipient can decline any Forwarded or Upgraded ticket?
The recipient will have the option to accept the ticket up until four hours prior to kick-off, unless the Season Ticket Holder decides to withdraw the ticket first.
The recipient is unable to sign into their account to accept the ticket, what can they do?

I have upgraded the ticket to another supporter but I didn’t have to pay for the upgrade amount?
The upgrade amount must be paid for by the recipient upon accepting the forwarded ticket via their account.
How will the recipient receive any Forwarded or Upgraded ticket?
They will receive the ticket as a Digital / Print at Home ticket, sent to the email address registered against their account.
The recipient hasn’t received the Digital / Print at Home ticket via email, what can they do?
First, ensure that they have signed into their Yellows Account and accepted the forwarded ticket, or accepted and paid the relevant amount for the upgraded ticket.
If they have done this but have still not yet received the ticket, please advise them to check their junk/spam email folders, as well as the email address on their eTicketing account. If they require any further assistance, they can email ticketoffice@oufc.co.uk.
I’ve Forwarded / Upgraded a ticket to somebody else, but they cannot see this to accept on their account?
If they’re unable to see a ticket to accept on their account, please email ticketoffice@oufc.co.uk where assistance will be provided.
Will the recipient receive the booking history for any Forwarded or Upgraded ticket?
Yes, they will receive the booking history.
As a Season Ticket Holder, will I be affected in any way should I use the Online Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades functionality?
No. Season Ticket Holders are encouraged to use this functionality to best ensure The Kassam Stadium is full on a matchday, whilst also ensuring that the recipient obtains the booking history.
Can I still go to the game if my ticket wasn’t accepted?
In the event of the ticket not being accepted, your Season Ticket will remain valid for the game.
