General Questions

What is hospitality?
Hospitality is a great way to experience an Oxford United matchday in a different way. Our hospitality packages give you the chance to spend time with your clients, friends or family from two hours before kick-off and an hour post-match, with a range of different options.

For the 2024/25 Championship campaign, we have exciting Seasonal and Matchday Hospitality offerings giving you the flexibility to attend a fixture of your choice, with the option of a two-course meal in our onsite restaurant or a private Executive Box for a more personal event with your guests.

What are the timings for hospitality?
Matchday hospitality opens two hours prior to kick-off, and closes one hour after full-time. A drinks service will be in operation until 15 minutes prior to kick-off.
Timings for the hospitality areas can be found on the matchday itinerary sent out by our Hospitality Team.

What is the dress code?
The dress code for hospitality is smart casual with no club colours.

When can I expect to receive my matchday hospitality tickets?
Hospitality tickets are normally dispatched one week prior to the game. This may sometimes be earlier dependent on the time of booking or local/Bank holidays.

Is there disability access?
There is a lift from the ground floor up to both levels of hospitality at the Kassam Stadium.

I’ve lost my tickets; can I get replacements?
If you have lost or not received your ticket(s) and supporting matchday information, please contact us at hospitality@oufc.co.uk or call 01865 337 503 / 513.

How do I get to the Kassam Stadium?
If travelling by car, please use postcode OX4 4XP to locate the Kassam Stadium.

Executive Boxes

How can I book an Executive Box?
There are two ways to book an Executive Box at Oxford United:

How many people does an Executive Box hold?
The Executive Boxes at Oxford United accommodate 10 people.

Is car parking included with an Executive Box?
Yes. Two car parking spaces are available with an Executive Box.

Are there food options available with an Executive Box?
Yes. Food can be pre-ordered with your Executive Box to enjoy ahead of kick-off.

Icons Restaurant

Are children allowed in the Icons Restaurant?
Yes. Children are welcome in our Icons Restaurant with an accompanying adult.

Highchairs are available on request.

What is the menu for the Icons Restaurant?
The menu will be sent to you roughly two weeks prior to the game. Vegetarian and vegan options are available upon request.

What if I have dietary requirements?
Should you need to inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies, please send your request to us after receiving your matchday itinerary or contact hospitality@oufc.co.uk with details of your dietary requirements and the match you are attending.

Please note, all dietary requests need to be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the fixture.

Is car parking included with a matchday restaurant ticket?
The Icons Restaurant DOES NOT include car parking. However, there are 2,000 FREE car parking spaces at the Kassam Stadium.

How can I book Icons Restaurant tickets?
There are three ways to book Icons Restaurant places at Oxford United:

Do I have to be a Season Ticket holder to enjoy the matchday restaurant?
No. Everyone is welcome in Icons Restaurant at Oxford United.

However, Season Ticket holders benefit from a reduced rate on a restaurant ticket.
