PREVIEW MK Dons v Oxford United

Oxford United head for MK Dons on Saturday backed by a huge travelling army of fans.

TEAM NEWS
United welcome back Alex Gorrin after suspension and will wait on the fitness of James Henry and Shandon Baptiste after injury. Gorrin missed the draw with Shrewsbury last weekend after picking up five yellow cards - the deadline for this has now passed - and makes a timely return, with Anthony Forde joining Cameron Brannagan, Ben Woodburn, Jamie Hanson and  George Thorne in the treatment room and Henry and Baptiste also struggling.

There are options for midfield, with John Mousinho and Josh Ruffels both very experienced in that position as Karl Robinson weighs up his options as he returns to the club where he started his managerial career.

THE OPPOSITION
New boss Russell Martin has changed one or two things since taking over at Stadium MK, as midfielder Alex Gilbey told the official MK site:

“There have been a lot of changes,” he said. “Russ has brought a fun factor and everyone is loving coming to training and trying to improve. We're playing a style of football that suits us, which everyone is buying into it. Don't get me wrong, there's a lot to be done. Just because we've got a point, it doesn’t mean everything has been forgotten about. We need to start winning games but hopefully we still start doing that and start getting up the table.”

The Dons will check on the fitness of defender Jordan Moore-Taylor, but Rhys Healey (thigh) and Sam Nombe (knee) are unavailable, while Baily Cargill and George Williams are suspended.
