Oxford United welcome back Gavin Whyte but will be without Cameron Brannagan for the trip to Bristol Rovers on Saturday.
Whyte picked up his second cap for Northern Ireland against Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo on Monday night, coming off the bench and twice hitting the post and then flew back to Oxford yesterday ready to train today ahead of the trip to the Memorial Stadium.
With Marcus Browne now fully fit and Samir Carruthers coming through 90 minutes in a friendly in midweek there are plenty of attacking options for boss Karl Robinson but he will have to make do without Cameron Brannagan who picked up his fifth yellow card of the season during last Saturday's win over Plymouth Argyle.
Shandon Baptiste and Jamie Hanson look to be the two players competing to take Brannagan’s place alongside John Mousinho in midfield although Josh Ruffels could also switch roles to allow Luke Garbutt back in to the side at left back.
Jon Obika joins Rob Hall on the long term injured list after damaging his ACL in midweek. See Karl talking about that injury and previewing the game right now in iFollow.
