Oxford United are looking for fans who would be interested in offering host housing for some of our incoming new young players.
As part of the new Youth Development programme here at the club, we are excited to be adding an under 23's squad for the 2018/19 season.
We are currently looking for accommodation options for some of these young players and would invite anyone interested in hosting a future Oxford star to contact Jonny Edmunds on jedmunds@oufc.co.uk
Hosts will receive a weekly allowance along with a number of additional benefits over the course of the season.
Academy Manager Dan Harris says
"We are really positive about the steps we're making in moving our youth development programme forward. The under 23's is a great chance for the club to build on our proud history of producing homegrown players and the role of host parents in this development cannot be under-estimated. We would love to welcome fans onboard to help us with hosting some of our potential future players."
Expressions of interest are welcome from anyone who currently lives within 20 minutes of the Kassam Stadium - we look forward to hearing from fans interested in supporting the development of the future crop of young U's stars.
