Oxford United Launch New Club Website

After months in the making, Oxford United are delighted to launch their new website as part of yet another positive step in the club’s ongoing digital transformation. The website will soon be followed by a club app and new streaming service, to complement our state-of-the-art big screen and LED system at the Kassam Stadium.

Supporters won’t need to do anything new to access the site. Simply visit oufc.co.uk on your web or mobile browser or click through from our social media channels. Please note the new website may take up to 24 hours to update for some users.

Supporters will notice the new website has an entirely different look and feel, adopting a clean, user-friendly interface. The club app will follow later this summer, in addition to a new OUTV service, which will include all the latest videos from the club. This will also be the home of streaming Oxford United matches for international fans, and audio commentary for domestic supporters.

Initially, access to the on-demand video elements of OUTV will be free but this will become a subscription service towards the end of July. More information on the app and OUTV, including pricing, will be announced in due course.

Adam Benson, Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer at Oxford United, said: “Enhancing the digital experience for supporters has been an important part of our plans, so we are delighted to be able to launch our new website. The next few months will see us deliver a new website, app and streaming solution as we look to bring the best experience we can to our fanbase.

“These platforms will continue to develop, with a lot of changes and features still to come. We’d encourage supporters to share their feedback so that this can be taken into consideration.

“I’d also like to thank the team at Other Media for all their support in getting us to this stage.”

George Crabb, Managing Director at Other Media, said: “Following Oxford United’s promotion to the Championship we’re thrilled to be working with the Club to also advance their digital fan experience.

“The U’s fresh new website, along with the app and OUTV, will not only bring supporters closer to their club but also afford new commercial opportunities that will benefit everyone.

“It’s been a pleasure working with everyone at Oxford United and we can’t wait for what’s still to come.”
