Oxford United is looking for a full-time Designated Safeguarding Lead to join the Football Club.
This exciting new role is set to join together the football Club, the academy, our Club charity Oxford United in the Community, and Oxford United Women's team and Girls Pathway Programme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding a safeguarding culture throughout the organisation, using their influence to create a safe and positive environment for children and young people at Oxford United Football Club.
They will oversee Safeguarding responsibilities within the club specifically being the safeguarding lead for the Club's Academy, Oxford United in the Community, and safeguarding lead for the Women’s team and girl’s pathway programme.
