Gary Rowett Previews Trip To Norwich City

It's a reverse of the opening fixture of the season on Friday night, as Oxford United get set to take on Norwich City at Carrow Road.

United will be hoping to get three points over Norwich once again, following the 2-0 victory at the Kassam on matchday one of this Championship campaign.

With the game set for the Sky Sports cameras, it's to be another exciting tie for Gary Rowett's side, and one he says the team are ready for.

Speaking to OUTV, he said: "It's been a really good week and I've reminded the guys there's a lot of work to do.

"You're specific to the game plan in training that we want to try and execute on Friday night, but you're always working on some of the things we need to do better.

"It's making sure we attack the next game and we don't become too passive and fearful in games.

"We've got to make sure we still have that positivity about us. I think the team have showed what we're capable of doing.

"What we've got to do is we've got to start to turn those performances into, into points."
