As part of a review of our digital strategy and supporter feedback, we were made aware of ongoing difficulties when accessing certain online features, creating new Yellows Accounts and purchasing tickets.
In order to solve these issues, Oxford United partnered with Sports Alliance, a KORE Software company. For a short period of time, digital ticketing and retail services were interrupted, with ticketing functionality being restored on the 23rd of February.
Today, the club are pleased to confirm that all digital services are fully functional, and supporters can now purchase merchandise using their Yellows Account login details.
