As part of a review of our digital strategy and supporter feedback, we are aware of ongoing difficulties when accessing certain online features, creating new Yellows Accounts and purchasing tickets.
In order to solve these issues, Oxford United are pleased to announce a new partnership with Sports Alliance, a KORE Software company. Sports Alliance will now work alongside the club to provide technical support and to enhance fan engagement, data management, CRM, Single Sign On and insight services.
During the move from our current third-party CRM partner to Sports Alliance, supporters will notice some temporary disruption when accessing online services, such as ticketing and retail, from 10am today.
Supporters will not be able to purchase tickets online until further notice. If you are looking to buy tickets for upcoming matches, we would recommend calling the Ticket Office team on 01865 337533, who will be happy to assist.
If you are looking to purchase merchandise from the online shop, please use the ‘Guest Checkout’ functionality. Should you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with our Retail team on 01865 747231.
As with our previous CRM transition, supporters will need to reset their Yellows Account password, when prompted. No immediate action needs to be taken at this time. Further information regarding this stage, along with step-by-step guides, will be sent out later next week.
