Young U's head for Cheltenham

Oxford United Under 18s travel to Cheltenham on Saturday as they look to bounce back after a disappointing result against local rivals Swindon in midweek (11am).

The young Us are approaching a very important and busy week of their season with three fixtures in the next seven days.

With the quarter-finals of the PDL cup coming up on Tuesday, they will look to take some momentum from this game into the cup knockout against Burnley.

The Us have two games left in the EFL Youth Alliance League and coach Pablo Haysham said:

“Tuesday was a disappointing result in our local derby, but with fixtures coming thick and fast, there’s no time to dwell on the result. We need to shift focus to Cheltenham on Saturday and the important week that follows.”
