Oxford United are pleased to announce that Stan Mills’ red card on Saturday has been rescinded after a successful appeal.
The on-loan Everton winger was shown a red card during time added on in the 2-1 win over Bristol Rovers but the club submitted photographic and video evidence and the card has now been overturned meaning that Stan faces no ban and is available for our next game, at home to Blackpool on 21st October.
Oisin Smyth was shown two yellow cards in the same game and will therefore miss the Blackpool match.
