PREVIEW Bournemouth U18 v Oxford United U18

Oxford United’s under 18s head for AFC Bournemouth on Saturday in the EFL Youth Alliance.

Bournemouth currently top the table with United in third despite defeat at Bristol Rovers in midweek.

“It’s going to be a good game” Coach Chris Hackett told us. “Bournemouth are always challenging at the top of the table and the thing for us is to see a reaction from our players after Tuesday. We were poor in the second half and need to get back to playing the way we know we can.

“We have Gatlin O’Donkor available again but there are one or two injuries we need to look at as well.

“We have been going along nicely, so let’s see how we respond after a below par performance.”
