Oxford United will be upgrading to a new CRM provider, the software that runs digital areas of the club such as your Yellows Account, with the changes seeing significant improvements to U’s supporters’ online experience.

For your privacy and security, we do not store the password data linked to your Yellows Account. For this reason, in the coming weeks, Yellows Account users will receive an email from Salesforce to reset their Yellows Account password to access it in the future.

Please follow the steps outlined in the email to update your password.

Please note:

  • You do not need to do anything prior to the email being sent
  • Your new password can be the same as your previous password
  • This is a genuine email and is necessary for gaining access to your account in the future.


We will contact supporters closer to the time to confirm an exact date ahead of the Reset Password email being sent.
