The Oxford United Academy are recruiting for a Lead Youth Development Phase Coach
The successful applicant will be responsible for the Youth Development Phase (12-16s) in line with the club’s Academy philosophy and the Academy Performance Plan.
The role will instil and develop the Academy values across our YD phase players & staff, working with the Academy Head of Coaching.
We are looking for someone who is committed, enthusiastic and passionate about the development of young people and committed to working to and promoting the values and philosophy of Oxford United.
