Oxford United are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the backroom team as Ticket Office Sales Executive
The full time role will be based at the Kassam Stadium and is focussed on driving ticketing revenue and sales.
The successful candidate will
- Sell and process ticket requests in person, over the phone, and via the internet
- Maintain supporter information across our club databases
- Work with Ticketmaster Sport to maintain knowledge & capabilities of the services provided
- Find resolutions to supporter queries & issues
- Answer incoming telephone calls
as well as performing any other duties as defined by your Manager/Head of Department
Previous ticketing experience is desirable while previous sales experience is essential.
A proactive nature and a keenness to learn will be required and please be aware that ‘unsociable’ hours will be a possibility.
