The Oxford United men’s team may not be in action following the postponement of their Sky Bet League 1 game at Sunderland, but fear not, as there are two fantastic opportunities to get your football fix on Oxford's Super Sunday.
Oxford United Women v Swindon Town – 12pm, Court Place Farm
Liam Gilbert’s side are in National League Cup action when they face off with a familiar foe at Oxford City’s Court Place Farm.
Kick off is at 12 noon and supporters can use cash or card to pay at the turnstile with the prices as follows:
- Adults - £5
- Concessions - £3
- Under 16 – Free
Supporters who hold a Women’s Team Season Ticket, Men’s Team Season Ticket, or match ticket to the Mickey Lewis Memorial Match can gain access to the showdown with the Robins for just £1
Mickey Lewis Memorial Match – 3pm, Kassam Stadium
Following the final whistle at Court Place Farm there is more than enough time to make your way to the Kassam Stadium for what is sure to be a fantastic occasion in memory of a true Oxford United legend.
The day will see an Oxford United Legends Team, a 2010 Reunion side, plus teams from Oxford City and Oxford University. More importantly however, every penny raised across ticket sales and the official fundraising page (https://www.gofundme.com/f/mickey-lewis-memorial-fund-official) will go to Mickey’s family.
As an added incentive to join us on Sunday, everyone who buys a ticket before 5pm this Friday will be entered into a prize draw to win the use of an Executive Box for the U’s Sky Bet League One clash with Morecambe on the 30th October.
Tickets are priced at just £10 for Adults and £5 for Concessions, and can be bought in one of the following ways:
- Online by visiting OUFCTickets.co.uk
- By calling 01865 337533 – 10am-5pm Monday to Friday
- By visiting the Kassam Stadium Ticket Office – 10am-5pm Monday to Friday
