Oxford United have today lodged their retained list with the EFL.
Of the senior players who are out of contract this summer the club can confirm that Antony Forde and John Mousinho have been offered new deals while Josh Ruffels was offered a new contract during the season.
Rob Hall and Dylan Asonganyi have not been offered deals at this time although Karl Robinson didn't rule out a return for Hall.
“We wish Dylan well for the future, it didn’t quite work out for him here. Hally is a difficult decision. We had a very good conversation and he has been an outstanding servant to the club but we recognise that he needs to be playing regular first team football. I am sure another club will snap him up but if not then we will be monitoring the situation closely.”
Among the younger players midfielder Leon Chambers-Parillon has been offered a first professional deal, Kyran Lofthouse has been offered a new deal while options have been taken up on defender Michael Elechi and striker Slavi Spasov.
Second-year scholar Tyler Goodrham has previously been offered his first professional contract.
Fabio Lopes, Nico Jones, Fabio Sole and forward Jack Stevens have been informed that they will not be offered new deals this summer. We thank them for their hard work and wish them well for the future.
