Oxford United Women’s wait to return to action will end on 4th April when The U’s travel to Cardiff City in the Women’s FA Cup.
United will be hoping to reap the benefits of their hard work over lockdown to maintain fitness when travelling to Wales for the Second Round of the Women’s FA Cup.
The Women’s FA Cup was previously paused in January as the country went into its third lockdown, with all ‘non-elite’ football suspended as a result.
However, it won’t be the first meeting between the two sides this season, with The U’s beating Cardiff 4-1 at Court Place Farm back in October.
A decision on what happens with the National League is still to be made.
