Oxford United have had the all clear for Wembley after the final round of Covid-19 tests all came back negative.
That means that subject to temperature checks on entry to the ground the U’s will be at full strength for tomorrow’s Sky Bet League 1 play-off final against Wycombe Wanderers.
United’s playing squad and staff have been tested twice a week ever since they returned to training last month and with no suspensions or new injuries it was good news for boss Karl Robinson who told us:
“Our preparations have been first class. We haven’t cut any corners, we have done everything to the letter of the law and it has paid off with everyone now cleared and ready for the game.”
