Oxford United welcome QPR to the Kassam Stadium on Saturday (2pm)
Team News
United welcome back James Henry, Dylan Asonganyi and Mark Sykes who weren’t risked at Crystal Palace after picking up slight knocks while Simon Eastwood is expected to start after a recent heel injury.
The only player missing is Jamie Hanson who has a calf injury which has kept him out of action so far.
Sean Clare, Joel Cooper, Marcus McGuane and Derick Osei Yaw will all play at the Kassam Stadium for the first time in the new home shirt- available now from oufcshop.co.uk
The Opposition
Mark Warburton brings his full squad but defender Ebere Eze is moving to Crystal Palace for £15m meaning that Warburton will be looking for players to step up and also looking to bring in new faces.
“All this will do is go to reduce the financial burden,” he told the QPR website. “We have to recognise how that money can be used to lower the burden on the owners and hopefully allow for the longer-team, health and welfare of QPR.”
Lyndon Dykes and George Thomas have arrived at Loftos Road this summer while Luke Amos has been signed on a permanent deal. I think the squad will see more changes in the coming few weeks.” Warburton said.
