Oxford United U18s are at home again on Saturday at Northcourt Road as they face Forest Green Rovers in the Youth Alliance League (11am).
The youngsters had a week off from league action last week as they took part in the Harriers Cup and will be looking to return to winning ways after a 3-0 loss to Portsmouth last time out.
Team news
Whilst Slavi Spasov still remains sidelined through injury the U18 squad has received a boost this week with Viktor Milton expected to make his return to the matchday squad. The defender spent nine months out with a knee problem but has been in full training in recent weeks and could make his return at the weekend. Academy physiotherapist Jack McGowan told us:
"Viktor has worked extremely hard over the past nine months after an ACL reconstruction. Everyone at the football club is delighted to see him back playing after putting in immense effort in the gym and out on the grass. His involvement back training with the U18s has lifted the boys over the last few weeks."
Other than the injury to Spasov, United U18s have a clean bill of health for the league fixture against Forest Green Rovers
