Team News
There are no new injuries for United, with Immy Lancaster still ruled out althoiugh Cat Beaver should return from illness this week.

Manager Liam Gilbert’s view:
“After a positive week of training, the team have got their heads down and worked hard for each other. Things have been really positive, and the team have been enthusiastic throughout the week.”

“We’ve endured some bad fortune in games lately, but this week we have worked on areas we need to improve on, and we’re looking to put on a strong performance against Yeovil.”

“Yeovil have also lost some close games recently, and if they pick themselves back up they will be up for it on Sunday. Like us, they will really be wanting to get a result.”

The five-game form guide:

Oxford: W: 2D: 0L: 3
United will look to bounce back from last week’s heartbreaking loss to Plymouth, after conceding in the final stages of extra-time to exit the FA Cup with a 4-3 defeat. Nonetheless, they will be looking to capitalise on the commitment and desire shown in that game to replicate some of the more positive results of late, such as the high-scoring wins against Launton and Norwich.

Yeovil: W: 3 D: 0L: 2
A penalty shootout loss to Southampton in their last fixture meant that Yeovil exited the FA Cup, whereas a week before a loss to the same opposition meant that The Glovers were eliminated from the League Cup. Prior to these cup games, Yeovil had been on a four-game winning streak, picking up impressive results such as a 5-0 away victory versus KeynshamTown.

Yeovil’s One to Watch: Sarah Wiltshire
Sarah Wiltshire boasts a fine array of former clubs, such as Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur. Back in 2007, Wiltshire made her professional debut for Arsenal against Leeds as a 15-year-old. In her first spell at Yeovil in 2014, she scored 10 goals in just 11 league games before moving to Manchester City in January 2015. Upon her release from Spurs this summer she re-joined Yeovil for her third spell and has become their top scorer so far this season.

The Matchday Programme:
Programmes will be available from the turnstiles for just £1, containing an interview with last week’s goalscorer Georgia Timms, thoughts from the Manager Liam Gilbert, and the latest news from Oxford United Women.
