Oxford United are delighted to announce the signing of defender Cameron Norman.
The 22-year-old right-back was a key player for King’s Lynn last season, helping them to the play-offs with a number of outstanding performances that caught the eye of a host of clubs.
Manager Karl Robinson was pleased to have persuaded the former Norwich City youngster that his future was with the U’s:
“He scored plenty of goals and was leading the way with assists as well so I’m not surprised clubs were looking but he came here and took a look at what we are building- not just a new training ground but also in terms of the squad - and he wants to be part of that.
“He is tall, very athletic, has a great attitude and we believe is an outstanding prospect for the future.”
Cameron told us:
“As soon as I met Karl and looked around here I knew I wanted to join. I have loved my time at King’s Lynn and want to thank them for everything, but this is an exciting move for me and a chance to get back into the EFL and show what I can do.”
