Oxford United are delighted to announce the signing of Tsun Dai on a two- year deal from Bury for an undisclosed fee.
The Hong Kong-born midfielder moved to England as an 11-year old and owns a dual-nationality passport, meaning he can represent either his native country or England.
The 19-year old has represented Hong Kong at U15 level and, after a spell at Reading, came through the youth ranks at Bury to earn his first professional contract. Such was the level of his performances, shortly after signing his first deal, he was rewarded with an improved contract ahead of the 2017/18 season before making his professional debut.
U’s manager Karl Robinson welcomed Tsun to the club:
“He is someone who we are pleased to bring to the club. He is an exciting prospect and although he still has plenty to learn he has a fantastic attitude and we think will continue to develop and improve.”
