Under 18s take on the Dons at home
Oxford United’s under 18 side are at home on Saturday morning when they welcome MK Dons to Northcourt Road Abingdon.
The team, coached by Andy Whing and Leon Blackmore Such are fresh from a win over Portsmouth last time out and have a new look for their Merit League games, as Leon told us:
“The second years are mainly out on loan at clubs like Aylesbury, North Leigh and Farnborough so we can keep an eye on them playing men’s football.
“It also means we can give valuable experience to a number of our under 16s at a time when we are looking to make decisions on scholarships for next season. They did really well at Pompey and we would love to see that progress continue on Saturday.”
Admission is free and kick-off is at 11am
