Two very special guests for this weekend
We are pleased to welcome back two very special guests this Saturday as Oxford United take on Charlton Athletic in Sky Bet League 1
Roy Burton is our Guest of Honour. Roy is one of the greatest keepers the club has ever had, making 449 appearances between 1971 and 1982 and becoming one of the most popular players in our history.
Roy will be chatting to fans in the lounges and introduced to the crowd at half time- we know you will make him feel at home again.
We are also pleased to have Steve Dyer and his wife with us on Saturday. Steve, you may remember, is seriously ill with cancer but wanted to make sure that his son was able to see the U’s at Wembley in the JPT final, bringing him over from the States especially for the game against Barnsley.
We are pleased to say that Steve remains well and is bringing his wife across from America for Saturday’s game where he will be Chairman Darryl Eales’ guest in the Boardroom.
Another big crowd is expected as the U’s take on the Addicks. Can the U’s continue their unbeaten league run? It’s the first home game since the scenes against Swindon: don’t miss out. Visit www.oufctickets.co.uk or call 01865 337533 to book your place for Saturday.
