Dave Kitson out as Oxford United welcome Charlton Athletic in the FA Cup
United will be without Dave Kitson as they welcome Charlton Athletic to the Kassam Stadium on Tuesday night in the FA Cup Third Round Replay. The experienced striker, a late sub in the first game at The Valley, has an ankle injury which also ruled him out of the game at Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday. He misses tomorrow's match and is a doubt for whichever fixture United have on Saturday. The U's are in the strange situation of not knowing which team they will play against this weekend until after tomorrow's game. If they go through in the FA Cup they will play Huddersfield Town away in the fourth round. Defeat against Charlton would mean they can play the scheduled league game at home to Torquay United.
Boss Chris Wilder has some interesting team choices to make tomorrow. Nicky Wroe is unavailable for the FA Cup so Josh Ruffels and Scott Davies, who both did very well at the Valley come back into contention.
