BTEC Courses available

Last few places available on BTEC programme and Elite U17s course

The Oxford United Football and Education Academy is now able to offer extra places across our education programmes for the 2013/14 season.

Open for girls and boys aged 16-19, this is your opportunity to combine studying while experiencing the environment of a professional football club.

The two-year BTEC programme combines an elite football programme alongside a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports Excellence & Performance, which is the equivalent of three A Levels.

The Elite Under-17s course looks to develop players with the potential to gain a scholarship at the club. This runs alongside the Youth Team's structure and also leads to a BTEC Level 3 90-Credit Diploma in Sport, worth 1.5 A Levels.

The courses offer weekly competitive league fixtures against other football clubs and colleges and they could lead to a two-year scholarship with the Oxford United youth team.

This is an essential course for those hoping to be involved in a professional football environment, but there aren't many places left, so to arrange a taster day or for more information, contact Ellen Hopkins on hopkinsellen@innovedlearning.co.uk or call Ellen on 01865 336138
