It's not just the men's side that is in FA Cup action this weekend.
This Sunday will see the first FA Cup match for Oxford United Women as they take on Cambridge United WFC in the second round of the SSE Women’s FA Cup.
It follows a controversial local derby in the first round where a complaint regarding the pitch size of rivals Cambridge City was upheld, leading to a rematch which Cambridge United went on to win.
For United it's a chance to continue their good run of form in both the league and the County Cup.
Manager Liam Gilbert said:
"We're really looking forward to this game. The FA Cup is always a great occasion, whoever you are, and I'm really excited. We've prepared well this week, training has been really good and with Evie [Gane] coming back into the building there's been an extra buzz about the place."
"Cambridge are a good side, they had an unusual route to get to this round, but that won't phase them and they'll be ready and well up for this game so we'll have to be at our best to match them."
United are boosted by this week's signing of Gane who returns after spells with Reading and Aston Villa who has trained with the squad all week.
Sunday's match will also be United's designated Rainbow Laces match, where the club will be continuing to back the FA and Stonewall campaign and show support to LGBTQ+ fans, players and staff across the game.
Kick off is at 2pm at Court Place Farm and tickets are available on the gate at just £5 for adults, £2 concessions and free for under 16's.
