The Oxford United Women's team are getting close to their new season and are looking to recruit for two key roles.

Oxford United Women: First Team Assistant Coach

Main Objectives: 
• To assist with the planning, delivery and development of first team players
• To support the first team manager
• To assist other members of the coaching staff on game days and training nights

Core Responsibilities: 
• To liaise with the Head Coach and other coaching staff on all matters 
• To work in line with the Philosophy of the club including the ‘aims and vision’ of Oxford United Women 
• To attend all relevant coach meetings and contribute within coaching philosophy where required. 
• To attend and contribute to all In-Service training
• To keep up to date with all WNL, Women’s Football and Football Association correspondence where appropriate 
• To comply with all company policies/procedures and regulations relating to your role 
• Ensure you are aware of, and keep updated in regard to best practice policies 
• To show clear evidence of planning and evaluating 
• Liaise with the local and national Football Associations in regard to technical development 
• To be prepared to do other duties to further the development of the Club
• To maintain and monitor equipment/resources

Oxford United Women: Social Media Manager (Voluntary)

Main Objectives:

• Create content and post regular updates on all Women’s social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook & Instagram)
• To write pre match previews and post match reports on all home and away match (League & Cup)
• To develop the social media identity of Oxford United Women 
• Match day minute by minute on social media platforms – mainly twitter

Core Responsibilities:

• To attend all Oxford United Women matches (League & Cup)
• To work with all Women’s National League, Oxfordshire FA and The FA to meet strategic aims
• Implement FA National Marketing campaigns at a local level to increase awareness
• To comply with all company policies/procedures and regulations relating to your role 
• Ensure you are aware of, and keep updated in regard to best practice policies 
• To show clear evidence of planning and evaluating 
• To maintain and monitor equipment/resources

Essential skills

• Upholds and instils the club core values
• Good level of IT skills 
• To have experience using a variety of social media channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Have a flexible attitude to work 
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
