Will Vaulks can't wait to get back to a packed home stadium on Saturday for the visit of Watford as he demands the team to fight and put on a show for the supporters.
An experienced figure at this level, he knows all to well about the ups and downs of the Championship and he feels this group has the right mentality to bounce back from Wednesday's defeat.
To get the result on Saturday, he is calling on himself and his teammates to put on a fight on the pitch, buoyed by a loud home support throughout.
Speaking to OUTV, he said: "You have to have togetherness in any successful Club. That's on the pitch, the boys not selected, the staff, chefs, everything together. I feel everyone pulling in the right direction but we have had some results we are not happy with.
"We need to remain positive, which we will do, and we will go into Saturday full of confidence that we can beat Watford.
"As players, you ask the fans to give what they can, but it's our responsibility to give them something to cheer.
"We wear the badge and on Saturday they will see a team fighting hard. Come with us as you always do and hopefully we can get the three points to move in the right direction."
