Oxford United U17s continued their impressive streak as they make it 13 unbeaten in competitive fixtures.
The U17s continued what has been a near-perfect start to the season this weekend as they beat Forest Green Rovers 3-0. The win makes it 13 competitive fixtures unbeaten, not losing a competitive game all season.
Gerry McGinty's and George Thorne’s side have been unstoppable in recent weeks, scoring 20 in their last ten games and conceding only five goals. They have also managed to pick up an impressive seven clean sheets in those games.
There have been a couple of standout results for the young U’s, beating Cheltenham 7-0 and overcoming local rivals Swindon Town 1-0 in the Professional Development League Cup. The formidable side have also managed an amazing feat of not conceding a goal in their last four matches.
The Yellows will look to continue their relentless form this weekend as they make the long trip to Plymouth.
