Ticket Forwarding & Upgrades

Oxford United are pleased to announce the launch of a new Ticket Forwarding & Upgrades scheme that will help to allow more supporters to attend games this season.

Ticket  Forwarding & Upgrades functionality allows all Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to forward/upgrade their designated seat to other supporters with a Yellows Account in their network for any Sky Bet Championship home fixture that they are unable to attend. 

This provides additional value to the Season Ticket Holder and the Club an opportunity to drive maximum attendance at all home games. 

Operation

Like with the Ticket Exchange, only once General Admission ticket availability becomes limited for any respective game will the Ticket Forwarding / Ticket Upgrades functionality appear for supporters.

Ticket Forward can be used when an Adult is forwarding to another Adult, or when a supporter who pays a concession price is forwarding to another supporter who qualifies for the same concession price.

Ticket Upgrade provides a legitimate way of upgrading a concession-priced ticket to another price category and should be used when a supporter who pays a concession price is forwarding to an Adult or someone who qualifies for a different concession price. 

Please note that the recipient must have their own Yellows Account and be part of your Network. 

You can cancel your request if the recipient hasn’t accepted their ticket. However, once the ticket has been accepted, it is not possible to reverse this.

Please note that gifted tickets must be accepted to be valid for use.
