The London Road Club – the official travel club of Oxford United – have today reimbursed the supporters who missed their coach to Luton due to an issue with bus collection locations.
These supporters have been reimbursed for both the coach ticket and the match ticket.
In addition, the London Road Club will be in touch with all those concerned and offer free travel to an away game of their choice.
Since Parking Eye was introduced at the Kassam Stadium, the London Road Club added two new pick-up points adjacent to Park & Ride sites at Redbridge and Thornhill
The Thornhill pick-up was used successfully by 300 supporters for the trip to Wembley in May, but this was its first use since then.
The LRC is reviewing timings for trips using bus stop E on London Road, London bound opposite Thornhill Park & Ride. LRC will work as hard as possible to ensure this issue is resolved for forthcoming trips.
