Oxford United U18s face Forest Green Rovers this Tuesday as they look to bounce back after a disappointing result in Plymouth on Saturday.
The youngsters' impressive unbeaten run came to an end this past weekend as they suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of Plymouth Argyle. The defeat drops the Yellows to 8th in the league with 13 points from eight games so far. They will, however, come into this game with an advantage after picking up three points in the cup against Forest Green less than a fortnight ago.
The visitors will be looking to turn their recent from around, after winning just one in their last seven, conceding 11 goals in their last three games. Tuesday provides the perfect opportunity for them to get one back against the U’s and after progressing in the Youth Cup, confidence will be starting to grow in their squad.
Kick off is at 2.00pm at the Oxford United Training Ground in Horspath Road and admission is free.
