Oxford United Women Join Her Game Too For Fixture

Women's Team

Oxford United Women’s Team are proud to join with Her Game Too for a special International Women’s Day fixture next month.

Joining together to celebrate women in football, United’s home tie against Exeter City on Sunday 9 March is set to be a day for all of the family as the Club come together with Her Game Too to deliver a fantastic matchday experience.

Taking place at MGroup Stadium with a 2:00pm kick off, the day will bring everyone together with family fun activities, including face painting and interactive games starting from 12:30pm. Plus, there will also be plenty of options for food and drink, including sweet treats from Cameron Brannagan and Simon Eastwood’s ice cream truck. A member of the HerGameToo campaign team will also be present to share information and answer any questions you may have.

There will also be an opportunity for the young supporters to meet some of the Women's players in a Q&A session. Details on how you can sign up for this will follow shortly.

That all comes before the action in what is set to be another exciting and big game in the league for the team. Oxford will be hoping for a repeat of the reverse fixture where they beat Exeter City 3-0 back in September.

The Club have worked with Her Game Too for several years, to ensure all girls and women, no matter their age, can feel confident and safe sharing their opinion about football both in stadiums and online without fear of abuse.

Having the partnership with #HerGameToo ensures that Oxford United Women remains committed to addressing the needs of its female players, fans, and staff and raises the profile of some of the challenges girls and women still face today.

Don’t miss out on this special day, with tickets available for just £7 for adults and £1 for under 16s. Men's season ticket holders, NHS workers, and over 60s' tickets cost £3.50.

To speed up access on the day we advise that you purchase tickets online by CLICKING HERE. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased at the gate on the day.
