Left-back Jack Currie is at Leyton Orient, where he has been earning rave reviews. He was in the Sporting Life Team of the Week for his part in Saturday's 3-0 win over Blackpool and went on to play the full 90 minutes of Orient's 3-1 defeat of Milton Keynes Dons in last night's Bristol Street Motors Trophy fixture, when he prevented a Dons' equaliser just after half time. Jack has so far made 12 appearances for the O's.
Young forward Gatlin O'Donkor is also playing in League One, having made 10 appearances for Bristol Rovers, scoring one goal in their 3-2 defeat at Peterborough United. Gatlin wasn't involved on Saturday when Rovers drew 1-1 with Lincoln City because he is currently carrying an injury.
In League Two, Steph Negru played the first 89 minutes of Salford City's 1-0 Bristol Street Motors Trophy defeat by Carlisle United last night. Steph has made 15 appearances for Karl Robinson's side and is in fine form.
Further afield, Stuart Findlay wasn't involved in Kilmarnock's 2-0 defeat by Celtic in the Scottish Premier League on Sunday. Stuart was stretchered off after 33 minutes of Killies' 3-2 loss at Dundee the previous week, having made 14 appearances so far this season, his second full season on loan there.
Both George Franklin and Aidan Elliott-Wheeler are on loan at Vanarama National League South side Salisbury City, currently 18th in the table following their 1-1 draw on Saturday at Enfield Town in which Franklin came off the bench in the 65th minute.
