OXFORD UNITED IN THE COMMUNITY

The Club are proud to confirm that the Good Friday fixture against Leeds United will be our annual Community Matchday, where we celebrate the outstanding work of our Charity, Oxford United in the Community.

To recognise this, the Board at the Club are generously donating £1 to the Charity for each ticket sold, helping to raise vital funds to deliver their life-changing work throughout Oxfordshire.

Oxford United Chairman, Grant Ferguson, said: “We are incredibly proud of the work OUiTC does in delivering excellent programmes across the county by leveraging the Club badge to inspire people and improve lives.

“We are delighted to be able to further support and celebrate this work at our forthcoming Community Matchday, which will take place each year at our closest home match to Easter.

“I recently attended an event hosted by the Charity to launch their most recent Impact Report and fundraising initiative, where you can become a ‘Friend of Oxford United in the Community’ to show your support and give back to the community, whether you’re an individual or a business.

“The great work our Charity does should be a source of pride for the entire Club so if you are able to join me in supporting this important fundraiser, I know it will go a long way towards enabling OUiTC to help even more people in our community who deserve our support”.

Individual donations are £5 per month and include:

  • Friend of Oxford United in the Community pin badge
  • Monthly e-mail update highlighting the charities work and the difference your donations are making
  • Supporter entry into quarterly draw, prizes include:
    • 6 x Training Ground Tour for two
