Oxford United's Gary Rowett and Ciaron Brown have both been recognised as nominees for the Sky Bet EFL Championship Manager & Player of the Month awards for January.
In his first full month in charge, United's Head Coach is up for the award having completed January undefeated in the league.
In the first game of January, Rowett helped guide the U's to the first away victory of the season, coming over Millwall. That set the tone for the remainder of January, picking up 12 points from six games with three wins and three draws.
Defender Ciaron Brown has been in stellar form for Oxford across the whole season, with January bringing some of his most complete individual performances.
Scoring once in the 3-2 win over Luton, the Northern Ireland international also helped keep three clean sheets as he played in all six league games.
