Oxford United Women are delighted to announce the signing of centre back Zoe Creaney from MK Dons Women.
The U’s have already began sculpting their team for the 2024/25 season as Sam Rose makes his first signing of the new campaign.
Zoe told OUFC.co.uk
“It’s really exciting. Sam is really confident in the club and the direction that they’re going in and he’s let me know where I can help to drive this club forward.
“I want to be part of something bigger than just the Women’s section and that was so important in the decision for me coming here so we can all contribute to the success of the overall badge.
“I’m physical, I love heading the ball, I score a few goals and I can help to be a leader in the side.”
Sam Rose said
“We’re delighted to welcome Zoe to Oxford United. We identified early that she’s someone that we wanted to bring to the Club, so we’re pleased to be able to get this sorted so quickly.”
“Both with and without the ball Zoe has got all the qualities that we look for from a player in her position and we’re excited to see her in a U’s shirt next season.”
