The victory over Peterborough United in the semi-final has set up a tie with Bolton Wanderers, with the winner earning a spot in the Championship for the 2024/25 season.
A special kit will be used in the Play-Off Final on Saturday 18th May, with a very limited number available for supporters to purchase.
