Two of Oxford United’s youngsters have gone out on loan to gain experience.
Left-back Richard McIntyre and central midfielder Zaide Took-Oxley have joined Salisbury of the Southern League Premier Division and will be involved against AFC Totton tomorrow.
Stevie Kinniburgh, Head of Academy said
“It’s a good move for them to gain experience playing senior football. They were both involved for the First Team at Wimbledon on Tuesday with Richard making his debut to become the fifth academy player to do that this season. We will keep a close eye on them during what we hope will be a successful loan.”
