Following the two red cards on Saturday we have received a number of questions from fans regarding suspensions and eligibility.
If you are sent off in a league game then you are suspended in that competition and for any FA Cup or Carabao Cup games but not for EFL Trophy matches within that time.
Suspensions for cards shown in the EFL Trophy are specific to that competition
Mark Harris was shown a straight red card and is therefore suspended for three first team matches in Sky Bet League 1. Those are Fleetwood Town away, Exeter City at home and Stevenage away
Greg Leigh was shown a second yellow card, and subsequently a red, and is suspended for our next league match, away at Fleetwood. Town.
Mark is available for tomorrow’s EFL Trophy game at Northampton Town but Greg is unavailable as he is one of six players called up for international duty:
James Beadle - England U21
Sonny Perkins - England Under 20
Fin Stevens - Wales Under 21
Greg Leigh - Jamaica
Ciaron Brown - Northern Ireland
Tyler Goodrham - Republic of Ireland Under 21
