Oxford United Women welcome Chatham Town Women in the FAWNL Southern Premier Division on Sunday 10th of September.
Kick off is at 2PM at Court Place Farm, with tickets available on the gate.
Tickets are priced at £7 for adults, £3.50 for concessions, £1 for Under 16s and FREE for Under 5s.
The U’s are in search of their first three points of the 23/24 campaign, after a difficult week with two losses against Hashtag United Women and Rugby Borough in midweek.
Interim Manager George Anthony said
“Wednesday night was probably a tougher result to take; to go to a side that have just come down from the Championship and probably come away the better side but lose the game to a scrappy goal hurts.
“We need to channel that hurt into today’s game against a Chatham side that can cause problems all over the pitch.
“The ball wouldn’t fall for us in the closing stages, but that’s football and it’s about how you can come back from that as a group that defines you.
“Obviously, we would have wanted more than a point from our opening three, but if you look at the two away games, we deserved more from both and it’s just cutting out some poor bits that we need to work on.
“We’re glad to be back at home and I think a win will change our fortunes and give us a real boost to kick on for the season.
