Oxford United defender Ciaron Brown has been selected for the Northern Ireland squad for their forthcoming UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying matches against Denmark (a) and Kazakhstan (h) on 16th and 19th June 2023 respectively.
Ciaron has been on a training camp with the squad for the last few days and will now rejoin the squad in time for the qualifiers before returning to the U’s to start pre-season training a week later.
Ciaron told us
“It’s always an honour to be called up by your country and the training camp has been a great start. We’ve got two important games in the Euro qualifiers and then I'm excited to get involved with pre-season back with the boys in Oxford so that we head into the campaign ready to go.
