Oxford United U18s travel to Cheltenham Town this afternoon for their final Youth Alliance League fixture. Kick off is at 1PM at the Energy Check Training Ground.
The U’s come into the game having won three games on the bounce, beating Swindon, Leeds and Forest Green in the space of a week.
Having already secured their place in the upcoming Merit League, the U’s will look to leapfrog rivals Swindon with a win to finish in fourth place in the South West Division.
Coach Chris Hackett said
“We want to finish the League on a high and the way the boys have applied themselves in the last two weeks has been excellent. It’s important that we keep building momentum ahead of the Youth Cup Quarter Final in early March, but we need to focus on each game as it comes and Cheltenham will make it difficult for us.”
